Step 1:

Put crate in open area and prepare for assembly.

Step 2:

Remove cardboard box from crate and discard.

Step 3:

Remove top and sides of crate and discard.

Step 4:

Remove plastic from scooter and gather all components.

Step 5:

Peel off red film from battery and prepare to insert acid container into battery.

Step 6:

Push acid container firmly into battery and let drain fully into battery cells.

Step 7:

Insert black plastic battery seal into battery and hammer it flush to battery.

Step 8:

Insert stering column into front fork.

Step 9:

Insert bolt thru. Note that it will only go in one way and thats along the curve of the front fork.

Step 10:

Tighten firmly.

Step 11:

Install front headlight cover and screw in firmly.

Step 12:

Connect headlight wire harness's together.

Step 13:

Install dash board and tighten screws firmly.

Step 14:

4 screws will complete dashboard assembly.

Step 15:

Prop up scooter and prepare for front tire installation.

Step 16:

Insert drum brake into front tire.

Step 17:

Insert spacer into wheel. (opposite side of brake)

Step 18:

(About to put bolt thru wheel) make sure to slide the slots of brake into mount on the front fork.

Step 19:

Insert bolt thru as described: Front fork- spacer- wheel- brake- front fork.

Step 20:

Tighten nut firmly. (If you spin the tire with force it should barely move)

Step 21:

Insert rubber stopper into mirror and tighten down.

Step 22:

Insert second mirror.

Step 23:

When installing rear carrier leave a distance between carrier and rear handle.

Step 24:

Insert a screw and washer into the rear holes on the inside of carrier.

Step 25:

Put metal stripping into screws and and tighten nuts into them.

Step 26:

Insert two other screws and washers into holes.

Step 27:

Tighten down nuts the same way.

Step 28:

Install battery into floor compartment. (red wires positive and black wires negative).

Step 29:

Snap rubber mat into place on floorboard.

Step 30:

Fill oil compartment with 2-cycle oil. (not included)

Step 31:

Unlock gas cap and fill tank with gas. (not included)

Step 32:

Turn ignition on with key and kick start it. For first time start up it must be kick started.
