To see if your scooter has any assembly required by you, please see our Scooters page. If the assembly is crossed out in the list or there is no listing of the scooter on our Assembly Instructions page, then no assembly is required. If there is a link for assembly, then please follow the link for more information for the specific instructions. Are we a licensed dealer? Yes, we have been in business at the same locations under the same ownership since 1975. Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes, we ship all over the world. Since shipping prices can vary for shipping out of states, you will have to contact us for the available pricing. What is the average shipping time for the United States? Once you order your scooter or scooters, shipping will take between 3-5 business days. What if I do not want to use the Papal shopping cart feature?
